Withdrawal and returns

This Policy governs the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds relating to purchases made on Medicube Europe.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may give notice of their intention to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, without having to give a reason. If an order comprises several products delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last product.

2. How to request a return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, write within the stated period to info@medicube-europe.com or use the Contacts page, explicitly stating your intention to withdraw and indicating:

• order number;
• name of the buyer;
• products concerned;
• email address used for the order.

We will send you the instructions and the correct address for the return. Do not send products to any address other than the one provided for the return.

3. Deadline and conditions for returns

After giving notice of withdrawal, return the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days. The items must be adequately protected and complete with the accessories, manuals, free gifts and packaging received.

Consumers are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

4. Cosmetic products, seals and exceptions

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for cosmetic or personal care products delivered sealed that have been opened after delivery, where they are not suitable for return. Other exceptions provided by law also remain applicable.

This exclusion does not limit the rights relating to defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

5. Return costs

The direct cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product received is defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping the receipt until the refund is completed.

6. Refunds

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned products and the cost of the standard delivery originally applied. Any surcharges resulting from the choice of a delivery option other than the least expensive standard one are not refundable.

The refund is issued within 14 days of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as the order unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold it until we receive the products or until proof of their dispatch is provided, whichever is earlier.

The time it takes for the amount to become available also depends on the payment processor or the bank.

7. Defective, damaged or incorrect products

Check the order on delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or different from the one ordered, contact us as soon as possible, stating the order number and attaching useful photographs of the product, the packaging and the shipping label. We will provide assistance and, where due, a replacement, refund or other remedy provided by the legal guarantee, without charging return costs.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the applicable legislation, generally for two years from delivery. The rights arising from the legal guarantee are distinct from the right of withdrawal and are not limited by this Policy.

9. Exchanges

To quickly receive a different item, contact us before making the return. Availability cannot be guaranteed; where a direct exchange is not possible, you may return the item within the applicable terms and place a new order.

10. Orders cancelled before dispatch

You can request cancellation before fulfilment by contacting support immediately. If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, you will need to follow the withdrawal and return procedure.
