Shipping and delivery

This policy describes how orders placed on Medicube Europe are prepared and delivered.

1. Destinations served

We ship to Italy and to the European destinations available at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected during the order, it is not currently served.

2. Preparation and delivery times

Orders depart from Hong Kong. Preparation takes 1–5 working days from order confirmation. After dispatch, transit takes 8–14 working days.

The total estimated time is therefore 9–19 working days from order confirmation, unless a different timeframe is communicated before purchase or expressly agreed with the customer. Preparation and transit are two consecutive phases: the 8–14 days do not include preparation.

Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. During launches, promotions or high-volume periods, preparation may take longer, without exceeding the timeframe communicated to the customer. In the event of a significant delay, we will inform the customer using the contact details provided in the order.

3. Shipping costs

The costs available for the selected address are shown before payment. Standard shipping is free for orders of 59,99 € or more to the destinations for which this option is displayed at checkout. The threshold is calculated on the value of the products after any discounts and before additional costs.

VAT and customs duties are included in the product price. No additional payments for VAT, duties or customs clearance are due on delivery. If the carrier requests such amounts, contact our support before making payment.

4. Tracking

When the order is handed over to the carrier, the customer receives a shipping confirmation with the tracking code, if available. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

5. Address and delivery attempts

The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the address provided. Change requests can only be accepted before fulfilment. In the event of failed delivery, an incorrect address or non-collection, any documented costs for re-shipping or return may be charged to the extent permitted by law.

6. Multiple orders or separate shipments

An order may be delivered in several parcels with no shipping costs beyond those confirmed at checkout. In this case, several tracking codes may be sent.

7. Damaged parcel, missing or undelivered item

If the parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend accepting it with reservation and photographing the packaging and label. For missing, damaged or undelivered items, contact info@medicube-europe.com stating the order number and, where useful, photographs. We will carry out checks with the carrier and provide assistance in accordance with the legal guarantee.

8. Delays and non-delivery

If we cannot meet the agreed deadline, consumers may grant us an appropriate additional period, except in cases where the law allows immediate termination. If delivery does not take place even within that period, consumers may terminate the contract and obtain the refund due.

9. Returns and withdrawal

Return shipping and the right of withdrawal are governed by our Returns and refunds policy. For distance purchases, consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to give notice of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law, including those applicable to sealed cosmetic or hygiene products once opened.
