Terms and conditions of sale

These Terms and conditions govern the sale of products on the Medicube Europe website (hereinafter, the "Site"). By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these Terms. We recommend that you keep a copy.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by BEAUTY & BEAUTY S.R.L., VAT and tax code 01026380459, registered office at Via Marina Vecchia 4/29, 54100 Massa (MS), Italia. Email: info@medicube-europe.com. Medicube® and AGE-R™ are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Products and information

Product descriptions, images and features are provided for information purposes. Slight differences in colour or packaging compared with the images may occur. Always check the model name, size and package contents before purchasing. Medicube® and AGE-R™ are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are shown separately and displayed before the order is confirmed. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to your order.

4. Order and conclusion of the contract

Submitting the order via the payment button constitutes a purchase proposal. The contract is deemed concluded when we confirm the order and/or that payment has been received. We reserve the right not to accept orders in the event of product unavailability, obvious pricing errors or suspected fraudulent use, refunding any amounts already charged.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through the provider Viva.com. Card details are processed directly by the payment provider on its secure pages: we do not collect or store complete card data. The order is fulfilled after payment is confirmed.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times, costs and destinations served are described on the Shipping and delivery page, which forms an integral part of these Terms. Standard shipping is free for orders of 59,99 € or more to the destinations enabled at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

Consumers generally have 14 days from delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions provided by law (including sealed cosmetics or hygiene products opened after delivery). The methods, costs and timescales are described on the Withdrawal and returns page, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Codice del Consumo, generally for two years from delivery. In the event of a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, contact us: we will provide the remedies required by law without charging the return costs.

9. Liability and use of the devices

The devices must be used following the instructions and precautions shown on the packaging and in the manual. Results and compatibility depend on the treatment and on individual skin characteristics. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any use that does not comply with the instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers.

10. Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out through your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

11. Intellectual property

The contents of the Site (text, graphics, Medicube Europe logo) are owned by the operator or used under licence and may not be reproduced without authorisation. The manufacturers' trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of the place of residence or domicile has jurisdiction. The European Commission provides the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Amendments

We may update these Terms. The version published on the Site at the time of purchase applies to the order.
